Under Pressure, a current EIH team received third place this week at the Hollomon Health Innovation Challenge. The team, comprised of Audrey Shin (Mechanical Engineering MS), Shiraz Shahukar (Mechanical Engineering BS), Haonan Peng (Electrical engineering PhD), and Michael Chungyoun (Chemical Engineering BS) are prototyping a solution to continuously measure blood pressure in a surgical setting. The team is partnered with Novo Nordisk and UW Medicine.
